At Riwaz Trendz.com, we strive to make sure you are happy with your purchase. We apologise if it is not as per your expectations.We offer 7 days hassle free returns & exchange from the date of delivery and a further 7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us provided the following conditions are met:

All items must be in their original packaging with product tags intact

Original receipts are included.

All items have been purchased originally from https://riwaztrendz.com

Request for return has been made within 7 days of product delivery date. 

Items should be returnable. 

Some items for example women Inskirt  petticoats and combos of petticoat may not be returnable.. For such items, the Product page specifically mentions that the item is not returnable.

Pick-up will be attempted twice. 

If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment or your pincode is non-serviceable for reverse pickup, you will have to courier the product(s) at your own expense to the following address:

PLEASE NOTE: We request that you do not use The Professional Couriers for self return as they are not reliable and the package will not be accepted at the warehouse.  We recommend using ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service. Speed Post is a Government of India owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India.

Returns are not applicable on any discounted and sale products.

Shipping and COD charge will not be refunded.

COD Order: amount will be returned as coupons worth the same as your order value which is valid for 1 year from the date of issuance of the coupon code.

Prepaid order: amount will be refunded in the bank account ,details of which provided by you in  MyAccount -> Cancellations -> Cancellation Request Form.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If you need to cancel your order, please send us an email at support@riwaztrendz.com within 10 hours of placing the order from Monday to Friday between 10 AM- 6 PM.

Please be advised that some of the orders are shipped almost immediately and it may not always be possible to cancel.

If You wish to cancel your order please go to MyAccount -> Cancellations -> Cancellation Request Form.

Other Terms & Conditions

      • All items except Petticoat/Inskirts , Combos of petticoat/Inskirt can be returned or exchanged only once.
      • We reserve the right to disqualify your eligibility for free returns if subsequent item(s) for return or exchange are of the same item(s) as previous order(s).
      • All returns are governed by the provisions of the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act, 2019.
      • All decisions made by https://riwaztrendz.com shall be final.
      • All Pending queries will be solved on priority the next day from Monday to Friday between 10 AM- 6 PM.
      • Bank Account Details provided by the customer would be final and any error in the details provided by the customers would not be the responsibility of the brand.
      • The customer will be under an obligation to take utmost care of the product(s) whilst the product are in their possession.
      • Please note that we don’t solve customer queries on what’s app , for such queries please drop us a line at support@riwaztrendz.com with your order no.

    How can I return eligible products

    You can email us at support@riwaztrendz.com within 7 days of receiving the product. Please mention your order number and the product you want to return in the email.

    When will I get my refund?

        • Once we receive the return, the product(s) will go through a quality check
        • After the product passes the quality check, we will issue a refund as per the details provided by you on cancellation,refund/exchange page via MyAccount Tab -> Refund & Exchanges -> Return Request Form.
        • We aim to process the refund as soon as possible and in any case within 30 working days from the day we confirmed to the customer via e mail that they are entitled to a refund.It may take up to 7-10 business days for the return to process and  for the amount to reflect in your account. For Debit Card and Credit Card transfers the time taken for refund depends majorly on the bank.
        • Any shipping charges, customs duty / taxes are not refundable. Any coupon code/gift vouchers applied will not be returnable.
        • Banks normally send an SMS to customers for credit amount of more than INR. 5000 only. In case your refund is less than INR. 5000, please check your bank account or credit card statement for confirmation.

      What if I have received a faulty/defective product?

      We are super diligent about our quality checks. In a rare case if you receive a faulty/defective product, please email us within 48 hours of receiving the product. Please include your order number and clear images/video of the defect in the email.

      Note: We will not be able to process any refund in third-party accounts. The name of your order should match your bank account.
