Shipping & Delivery

At riwaztrendz.com, we make sure that your orders reach you in time. For this we work with reliable courier companies like Blue Dart, Delhivery to ship the products which are completely timely and safely. There are some facts related to our shipping policy that you must be aware of before placing an order with us.

For deliveries across India
1. Free on all orders

We currently do not ship outside India. Within India too, please note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes, military and restricted areas. 

Generally for Cash On Delivery orders, the courier company calls you before delivery. In case you are not available during delivery, you could call them back and arrange for re-delivery or you can pick it up from their location.

We shall not be responsible for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the parcels to the customer, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.

Mode of Payments

We accept payments via credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and wallets. We also accept payments via cash on delivery, ATM or inter-bank transfers. We accept COD orders but COD charges may be applicable on some of them.

Order Status & Tracking

An email confirmation will be sent for all orders once received. Once the order has been dispatched, an email confirmation will be sent to you with the tracking number. You may check and track the delivery status of your orders with our local logistics partner, with your Order Number. There will be an additional charge for re-delivery should nobody be present to receive the package. Please provide your contact number under the address selected upon checkout for the courier company to contact you in case of any unforeseen circumstances.

Time taken to deliver your order:

All orders will be processed and shipped within 2 working days upon confirmation of payment, from our warehouse. 

Delivery times within India is 2-6 business days from date of dispatch. 

Packaging:
All the orders that we ship are carefully packed so that the product retains its quality and reaches you in good shape. We make sure your order is sealed and discreet.

Tampered, Damaged or Opened Packages:
If you receive a shipment that seems tampered, damaged or opened – please do not accept that shipment. Take a photo of the shipment and get in touch with our customer care team at 7703994671 or email us at support@riwaztrendz.com
